So for dinner, we decided to celebrate the spirit of the game with food, Ashley and I decided to make some "Chili Cheese Fries." We fried up some sweet potatoes as our french fries.
Then we sauteed up ground round beef. Next, we added a tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce and a tsp. of each minced dried onion, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. We also sauteed some sliced white onion (about 1/2 a small onion).
Lastly, we topped the pile of deliciousness with 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese.
Then we headed to Dolphin Stadium to watch the Reds stomp on those Marlins! Since Amy's nickname has been peanut since she was 3, we had to call over the "Get your peanuts" guy and buy those yummy shelled baseball game peanuts! It was such a good night!
It is always fun to dine with the theme of your night, let us know of great themes you try in your kitchen!
